Newport-2012 Registration

The IWWM7 will be held at the Conference Halls located in the Hyatt Regency Hotel and Resort located on Goat Island, Newport, Rhode Island.  This four (4) day event will host a diverse CME accredited conference including lectures, debates, specialized symposia, and Consensus panels in order to enhance the peer colleague collaboration for Waldenstrom’s macroglobulinemia and its related disorders. The IWWM7 will be granting up to 30 CME credits by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME®).10/19/2011

Cancellation Rules:

  • Cancellation must be notified in writing by e-mail, post-mail or fax.
  • Cancellation until March 1st, 2012; Refund minus 100 USD (administration fee)
  • Cancellation received between March 2 and April 15, 2012; 50% refund
  • Cancellation received between April 16 and May 15, 2012; 25% refund
  • Cancellation after May 16, 2012; no refund

Registration Instructions:

  1. Click on desired Add to Cart PayPal button. This will add the corresponding conference registration type to your PayPal shopping cart, and open the shopping cart window.
  2. In the PayPal shopping cart window, you may adjust the quantity of the item(s) you have added to your cart.
  3. To add another type of conference registration, click the Continue Shopping button to close the shopping cart window and return to the Newport 2012 Registration page, then continue from Step 1.
  4. When you have added all of your desired conference registration types to your shopping cart, click the Checkout button. Then follow the instructions to pay by credit card (or your PayPal account, if desired).
  5. At any time prior to checkout, you may view your shopping cart by clicking the View Cart button.
