You may use this
page to register yourself and your guest(s) for this conference. Registration is $400 per person, and includes all three days of conference sessions, lunches, coffee breaks, and all conference materials.

Upon clicking the Buy Now button, you will be directed to our
PayPal webpage where you can specify your desired number of
conference registrations, and any other information necessary. You can
also pay by credit card (no PayPal account is
required). All transactions are
secure and go through the PayPal system. The Conference Organizing
Committee will not have access to your credit card information.
Please click the special instructions link on the final PayPal
payment page (as shown in the
example below) and enter any
guest names and/or dietary
restrictions in the text box provided.
This step is optional,
and may be skipped if you have
no guests or dietary
restrictions.
When you have completed your registration through PayPal,
click the Return to
www.wmworkshop.org link (as
shown in the example below). You will
then be directed to the
Registration Completed page, where you will receive any further instructions if required.
